The focus here is on the intertwined systems of late capitalism, patriarchy and white supremacy.  Black lives in the U.S.,  Africa, and the African diaspora are situated in the context of  an advanced capitalist logic and the global structures of white supremacy and hetereopatriarchy.  The economic crisis, thus,  is not strictly material but also deeply rooted in ideology and identity.   Given this, what possibilities for social transformation exist for Blacks in the U.S., Africa,  and the African diaspora?   How might the logic of revolutionary change unfold in these contexts?
