Session Type: Oral

As global environmental and social challenges grow, most solutions appear to be found among national and sub-national regions and actors.  This session explores what national and local actors - public, private, and civil society - are doing to address these challenges and how international actors and process shape these responses.  The session focuses most in the Latin America and Caribbean region.
