Gender issues and gender studies have regained centrality in recent years. Here we will focus on two wide sets of typologies. 1) Secularization and progressive efforts have started to remove old time taboos that prevented the recognition of a larger variety of genders than the ones traditionally assigned to human kind. In several countries, the clash of traditionalism and gender bio-modernism takes different forms and needs to be further investigated. 2) A large set of international instruments adopted in recent years in the field of gender equality, allows us to talk about the formation of a new gender order, which has its own characteristics in different countries. Globalization is the most important factor determining social changes associated with a new understanding of gender both in science and in social practice. The world is facing a new country's gender landscape based on gender asymmetry in the structure of the population.  But the gender landscape in different groups of countries looks different and ambiguously assessed by society and the authorities.

Possible issues for paper proposals:

-The gender structure of human capital, its potential and quality in global, national and local aspects;

- Prospects of feminization of the world’s social space;

- The main barriers to equality of rights and opportunities of the main gender communities.

- Social and gender risks and threats related to family transformation, transformation of the Institute of childhood, etc.

- Social and gender risks in labor markets in the globalizing economy and in the political sphere.
