II. J. F. Nash: The tendency to promote society as a whole through the transaction that aims at both the individual benefit and the TRUST THEORY - governing dynamics: The beautiful mind [win-win] (1950).
III. The proposal: The tendency to promote society as a whole through the transaction that aims at the individual benefit, the benefit of the GROUP and the benefit of the community (empathy) [win-win-win] (2002).
This approach follows the analysis of sustainable development, local development, Bargaining , social choice, win-win-win sustainable development and Explains Climate Change and Self-Organization, leading in autarky Each module is a prerequisite for the next, both in society and in the environment: The Maximum Entropy Production Rate (MEPR) Principle is a potential that can have a predictive capacity for self-organization as well as climate change by determining the maximum possible climate impact from human activity The presentation is structured around the pioneering analysis of bargaining Nash Equilibrium (NE).
For these, a new framework is needed, based on local self-organization, leading to autarky which is the presuppose for the transition.
In this paper, we focus on local self-organization, covering the profit of bargainers/citizens AND the profit of the whole community (win-win-win).
