The future of humanity in the 21st century is at a very crucial juncture when we have to initiate, formulate and further implement various socio-economic strategies which can simultaneously promote sustainable development, social justice, and environmental protection along with satisfying our ever-increasing hunger of energy. The concept of sustainable development at global level needs active participation of state machinery to support key sectors such as energy, transport, water supply, sanitation and forestry so that a conducive environment can be created to ensure the alignment of economic growth with environment protection and social equity. This study explores the relationship between social justice, environmental resilience, sustainable development, and socioeconomic obstacles, and it suggests a holistic approach to deal with these interrelated issues. The increasing socioeconomic gaps in our growing globalised world has posed serious challenges for the attainment of sustainable development, which calls for striking a balance between social justice, economic expansion, and environmental preservation. The study highlights the need for inclusive socioeconomic policies that promote justice and lessen inequality in order to improve social cohesion and stability which is ultimately very much essential for sustainable development. It also emphasises how crucial it is to coordinate economic activity with environmental conservation in order to maintain the sustainability of natural resources and the resilience of ecosystems. Through the integration of these components, the research advocates for a multifaceted policy framework that ultimately contributes to a more sustainable and equitable future by fostering social justice, environmental resilience, and sustainable development.
