Incorporating development into the curriculum and extracurricular activities is the most effective strategy for improving students' soft skills. Soft skill tracking software provides valuable insights for both individuals and program developers, helping enhance these competencies. From a sociological perspective, introducing structure through new technologies supports soft skill formation by creating consistent frameworks for monitoring and growth. The software fills this gap by offering an innovative tracking system that enables students to identify their strengths and areas for improvement as they participate in school activities. By embedding structured tracking within extracurricular programs, the software not only boosts students' confidence in interacting with peers and expanding social networks but also prepares them for long-term goals, such as university admissions and career development.
