Infertile Couples: Identifying the Responsible for Infertility and Its Impact on Its Management

This research aims to explore the impact of identifying the responsible for infertility among couple on managing the infertility condition, in terms of the willingness to accept or refuse treatment and its pathways, managing marital relationships, and the future of the marriage. To analyze the possible relationships between the aforementioned elements, thr research will take a sample of fifteen infertile couples from northern Morocco, the sample will include couples of various ages, and both spouses will be regarded together as a unit of analysis. As for the methodology of data collection, the research is relying on open interviews with both spouses together, but individual interviews will also be conducted with each of them. It is expected that the research will reach the impact of identifying the responsible spouse for infertility, the "accused," on all aspects of its management, starting from the acceptance or rejection of treatment, the treatment pathways, the nature of the relationship between the spouses, and the future of the marriage as a whole.
