In modern management, a large amount of scientific literature is devoted to the study of the problem of managerial style. In general, the features of a manager's managerial style are influenced by many factors of the internal and external environment of the organization, as well as personal, psychological and professional qualities. At the same time, the cultural and historical environment of the head's activity, which forms his managerial mentality, is of great importance.

Our analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of the managerial styles of world political leaders shows that the objective patterns of the coming to power of leaders can be identified only in a sufficiently long period of time. Of great importance are both unforeseen accidental circumstances and the ability to hide the traits of one’s managerial personality from the structures under one’s control using various manipulative technologies. Ultimately, the fundamental inconsistency of the leader's managerial style with the needs of society's development and the mentality of citizens ends either with the removal of the leader (if he does not have sufficient resources to retain power), or with violent changes in society to suit his characteristics (if the leader has strong and authoritarian power). However, such a dissonance is established for a short historical period of society's development.

The globalization of international relations leads, in our opinion, to a change in the strength of the influence of internal factors on the peculiarities of the managerial style of a political leader. In modern conditions, we are witnessing political events when, in order to please the interests of various external political forces, leaders who are divorced from the objective conditions of this country come to the leadership of a country. It is necessary to conduct more in-depth studies of the peculiarities of the managerial style of modern political leaders.
