Clinical sociological practices aim at creating efficient partnership with key actors in communities and organizations, private and public, that could lead to build proper Legal and Institutional Frameworks. Papers for this session should consider how legal systems and institutions should adapt to address the unique challenges of the Anthropocene. This includes: International Law. Developing global agreements and protocols to manage transboundary environmental issues like climate change and biodiversity loss. Environmental Regulations: Strengthening national and local laws to protect natural resources and mitigate environmental harm. Rights of Nature: Recognizing the legal rights of ecosystems and species to exist, flourish, and regenerate.
