We invite submissions for sessions exploring various aspects of the sociology of leisure. This open call seeks to promote international cooperation, exchange theoretical and practical insights, and advance the understanding of leisure activities across different cultures and regions.

We aim to gather scholars, researchers, and practitioners from around the world to share their findings and discuss diverse themes related to the sociology of leisure. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Theoretical frameworks and practical approaches in leisure studies
  • Comparative analyses of leisure practices across different countries
  • The impact of social, economic, and cultural factors on leisure activities
  • The role of leisure in promoting social well-being and community engagement
  • Innovative research methodologies in the study of leisure
