The session invites participations related to the interfases between the illicit and the licit economies in various cities, countries or regions of the world. Papers might address the ways that illicit actors take advantage of loopholes on the regulations to participate in the licit market, as well as the harassment, attacks or takeover of criminal actors of the licit business organizations. We invite papers that analyzes the interaction and use of illicit markets and resources by licit actors, and the consequences of these interactions.
