Location: FSE011 (Faculty of Education Sciences (FSE))
WG06 Institutional Ethnography (host committee)

Language: English, French and Spanish

The investigations in this regular session begin with the experiences of particular individuals who are routinely oppressed by the democratic political regime under which they live. In addition to describing how particular forms of oppression are experienced, the institutional material relations shaping these experiences are described. While this might involve a multi-institutional approach, the primary area of focus for this session is the political institution. Alternative practices that are less oppressive may also be suggested and described.
