This panel explores the complex landscape of religiosity across the globe, examining trends, diversity, and the social impact of religious beliefs and practices. In an era marked by globalization and cultural exchange, religious identity continues to shape societies and individuals in profound ways.

Presenters are invited to analyze global trends in religiosity, including shifts in religious affiliation, levels of religious devotion, and the intersection of religion with social, political, and economic dynamics. Papers will explore how religiosity manifests differently across cultures and regions, highlighting both continuity and change.

Special attention will be given to the social impact of religiosity, including its influence on values, attitudes, community cohesion, and conflict resolution. Contributors are encouraged to discuss the role of religious institutions, leaders, and movements in shaping public discourse and policy.

Furthermore, the panel will examine the challenges and opportunities posed by religious diversity, interfaith dialogue, and secularism in contemporary societies. It seeks to foster interdisciplinary dialogue among sociologists, anthropologists, theologians, and policymakers on the role of religiosity in fostering or hindering social cohesion and understanding.

This panel invites empirical research, case studies, and theoretical insights that deepen our understanding of religiosity as a global phenomenon. It aims to stimulate critical discussions on the complexities of religious identity and its implications for individual behavior, social norms, and global interactions.
