This panel analyzes the response of the workers in different countries of Latin America: Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile and Mexico during a stage of political, economical and social changes. The panel are covering the response of the workers to the complex situation that is confronting in Latin America. Panelists analyze the mobilization of workers in government of different tendencies, on the Right, like to Argentina or on the Left as Chile has been continuous. The panelists are discussing what is the importance of mobilization in countries with economic crisis and with governments approving laws that will be affecting their lives and society how in the case of Argentina. Also, they are analyzing how workers are mobilizing in countries where the wages are lower as the unions of the education in Brazil or in countries where in spite favoring conditions to organize and signed collective bargaining, workers needed to confront to bureaucratic labor institutions, as Mexico and countries where the struggle for the organization of platform workers has been one of the most important objectives of the unions. In brief, the panel discusses how the organization and labor mobilization continue being the principal strategy of workers to question to national and local governments, independent of the political tendency, and look for the improvement of the labor conditions
