Indigenous research methodologies and feminisms are developed by Indigenous peoples for Indigenous peoples. Recognizing that there are over 370 million Indigenous peoples worldwide retaining their unique culture, language, spiritual practices and systems of governance this session carves a unique space to introduce Indigenous feminisms as they intersect with methodological innovation and praxis. Elevating the voices Indigenous women, children, and sexual minorities this session welcomes critical research centered on Indigenous peoples and their fight for existence, justice, and peace.
