Environmental Movements and Intersectional Activism

How are environmental movements connecting with other social movements in current waves of protest and activism?  Do participants overlap and, if so, how?  To what degree is participation in the environmental movement intersectional and how?  Submissions to this session are invited to provide case studies that span movements, time periods, and countries to develop a broader understanding of how the environmental movement is changing.
