The COVID-19 pandemic has hugely affected every sector of social sphere. Young people are not an exception, no matter whether they go to school or work. One of the meanings of being young is that they are in the period of preparation in a broad sense. The pandemic has almost deprived them of the opportunities to prepare themselves for the next stage they aim at as well as of the daily lives they otherwise would have enjoyed. Stay home policy seems to have changed not only the way of life but also the attitude toward the future of the young people even though it has been eased recently. We have heard a lot of adults discussing how to support and help the young in those difficult situations as well as a lot of young people describing their difficulties and worrying about their future on the social network services, for example. In this perspective, we invite scholars and practitioners to submit paper proposals on topics related to, although not limited to, the following topics:

- the role of language to support the youth in the pandemic,

- discourse of the youth about their present situation,

- discourse of the youth about their future,

- discourse of the youth about wearing masks and vaccination

- discourse about the youth circulated among society,

- online class/work and communication of the youth

- being with family members at home all day, etc.
