The globalization in the last century has noticed growing incidents of climate related events, natural disasters, growing income and wealth inequality across the world without any bias in level of economic development of the nations. Low income countries seems to be facing big challenges in coping with the climate change and its implications such as adequate provision of food, shelter, livelihood and other important basic services for the shifted populations. The emerging global economic trends also support these arguments about the negative outcomes of the climate related events. The deepening globalization has been resulting in blind race for enhancing production processes and profit maximization. This is not only environmentally unsustainable but affecting the survival of poor to the maximum. The original research papers dealing with the multidimensional issue of climate change and its one or more interlinked dimensions with rich theoretical inputs are welcome. The papers with new insights in to the issues of poverty & inequality, changing socio-economic, environmental fabric of human settlements, marginalization of the poor and neglect of human rights due to climate change may be submitted. The case studies from Asian, African, and countries of global south as well north with some comparative studies need to be drawn in to the discussions. Some innovative cases & best practices in the context are also invited to enrich the discussions.
