Globalization and global sourcing needs serious engagement connected with worldwide deliveries of raw materials and components just in time. The impacts of pandemic, up growing of national and religious conflicts, excluding of people’s on democratic participation, have led to destruction of global sourcing chains and brought imbalance of care of people worldwide. Migration has grown by reasons of hunger, luck of healthcare and peace.
There is need to return to ILO and OECD democratic human rights principles to guaranty the existence of human civilization in future.
