Humans out of millions species residing on this planet with most complex and advance brain, are seeking for their rights from their own species. Human rights are not just the codes, ethics and moral, they are legal as well as social. Human rights in almost every country are codified in constitutions, it abides the law and help members of country to get equal right of freedom. We need to take a more nuanced approach to human rights, recognizing that each culture has its own set of morals. The claim of universality confuses the realization of human rights as a distinct social practice. The human rights emerged due to societal imbalance among people in context of caste, class, economy etc. democracy, capitalism were few major factors of emergence of human rights. Karl Marx has written about the conflict between rich and poor which highlights inequality and exclusion supported by many philosophers and thinkers that ultimately forces them to think about equality among people and few basic rights that must be owed by all without any fear of being taken away. In India we can see human rights are always burning topic of discussion as state has few rights which in special cases withdraw human rights from people.
