The pervasiveness of biopolitics and digital control progressively manifests itself in the last years, threatening privacy and autonomy of the citizens, the established practices and institutions. Is it possible to balance these processes with the help of technology assessment, and by which means? In our regular session we welcome the case studies of sociotechnical conflicts and practical experience of their neutralusation.
