Challenges and International Perspectives of participatory evaluation, participatory democracy at work in the Era of Resurgent Authoritarianism

The Sociological analysis and research on participatory democracy and self-management is a continuing interest of research for RC10. Papers dealing with the general aim to encounter authoritarianism through sustained participation are expected in this session. Interventions that bring back collective voice of working people and challenge the dissemination of democratic participation and self-management in the domain of work will be discussed . One successful example of this form of enterprises is women cooperatives and for this reason we expect papers on this area.
