This session examines institutions as sites of trauma, exclusion, retaliation and systemic silencing. It invites analyses of whistleblowing, corruption, governance failures, toxic organisational cultures and intervention strategies for institutional repair. Papers on the following themes are invited: organisational justice, institutional betrayal, retaliation and silencing, universities and governance crises and clinical sociological interventions in organisations.
