In other words, based on the study of educational and professional trajectories of production engineers we intend to understand how works the organizational dynamics in the XXI century and what is their relation, influence, or mechanisms of reciprocity established with the social agents studied.
It is worth mentioning that the positions and career choices of these engineers will be quite significant, as they open space to our reflections on the actions and the performances that occur inside the organizational process in the business sectors.
Which means that the allocation of those engineers in business positions or extra business, will open doors for us to understand some new dynamics used in many companies that now consider a new moment and a new dynamic: the financialization.
The purpose is to analyze the new forms of organization, their characters and their action mechanisms when facing internationalization and if it’s possible also with the "new " company concept created by the financialization in a international scope.
