Forced marriage and international human trafficking have become a serious problem in today's global society, violating human rights in many countries. Forced marriage, in which marriage is entered into without the consent of the person, often becomes a means of international human trafficking. Individuals facing this problem, especially women and girls, are subjected to physical, mental, and social exploitation. This process of forced marriage and trafficking is primarily driven by economic, social, and cultural factors, including poverty, illiteracy, gender inequality, and traditional practices. This abstract highlights the major factors behind forced marriage, its international aspects, and the global issues that arise due to it. This research also analyzes the gaps in trafficking cases from legal and social perspectives, and attempts to explain how current laws and policies are inadequate to protect victims of trafficking and forced marriage. The research studies various international and national solutions that are working towards solving this complex problem. These include legal reforms, awareness campaigns, and global cooperation. Ultimately, the research suggests that this problem cannot be solved by simply improving the legal framework, but rather requires a comprehensive approach that prioritizes social change, education, and protection of women’s and girls’ rights highlights the types of marriage trafficking, its reagion ,effects and legal aspects. In this research paper, scientific study was done for the rehabilitation of victims of trafficking and prevention of this problem. The aim of the research paper is to To solve this complex relationship between human trafficking and marriage, it is necessary to strengthen the laws, expand support services for victims and raise awareness in the society. International cooperation and coordination is also necessary for this so that this serious issue of trafficking can be ended. Semi- participant observation based on famous research has been prepared through google Questionnaire.
