Indian Media Industry Is Carpeting the Path for Its AI Future: A Study Based on Indian Perspective

There is a global change taking place in the technology available and it is being led by Artificial Intelligence. Today, with the advent of AI in all the developing countries including India, questions are being raised on the existing employment provider system that it might increase the unemployment situation in these countries. The present research has been studied from the perspective of India and considering all these situations, the effects of the initiation of AI in the media industry have been studied. While AI is being promoted as a threat in developing countries, it is important to look at its other beneficial aspects as well. The media industry in India is poised for massive and continuous growth. AI technology has the potential to bring revolutionary changes to the media industry. AI technology will be established as a very important technological development in the future. AI is also creating new opportunities for human behaviour, thinking abilities, and innovation in industries and society across the world.

In the present research, the current status of AI in the media industry in the South Asian country India and the technology being prepared for the future will be discussed. It is becoming strong that AI will create more efficient professionals in the future, which will revolutionize the industry in the times to come and the audience experience is also going to change with the time through better and more artistic visual representations and graphics. Major news channels of India have been included in the research for study. The presented research will help us collaboratively understand the changing audience experience while adding creativity and intelligence to the media industry through AI.
