Democracy is generally considered as an ideal political system but if we accept democracy as a philosophy then it converts into a broad concept and provide a great path for personal respect of an individual. This concept of democratic philosophy of life gives the right to inclusion in the main stream of the society to every person of the society in the field of education, even if he is a member of a marginalized group. The entry of inclusion in education has helped in raising the standard of living of the common people and accelerating the possibilities of development, yet a lot remains to be done in this area. The government has made efforts for inclusion in education but still the expected results are not being achieved.. In multilingual, multicultural, multi-religious country like India, the success of these efforts is possible only when the philosophy of life of the people is directly linked to the democratic philosophy of life. Actual implementation of democratic philosophy is possible only by making Indian educational institutions full of democratic philosophy and taking the concept of educational inclusion to the grass root level. This paper explores the views and expectations of the students of different socio-economic status, cultural diversity and religions about the problems of inclusivity faced by them in present contemporary society and is helpful to understand the possibilities of the implementation of democratic philosophy in the field of education in diverse Indian society.
