The number of labors involved in informal employment is 163 million, which contributes to 58.85% of non-farm employment in urban areas. In order to analyze the social solidarity of informal workers, the article takes the domestic workers as case study to discuss the working condition of informal employment, as well as its possibilities of organizing. We found that there are at least four workers’ solidarity types, labor NGO, trade Union, self-organization or grassroots organization and the internet. These social solidarities have different organizational culture, strategy , function and activities and play different role.
