Improving Respect for Children's Rights

How do we explain differences in children's rights?  What factors lead to improvements in young people's rights, or what factors as barriers?  Can children's rights lead to improved outcomes for young people?  Do some rights matter more than other rights?  The Children's Rights Index (CRI) will be employed to determine what leads to improvements in young people's rights, and what are obstacles to children's rights.  An analysis of the CRI will be undertaken to examine whether stronger rights lead to improved outcomes of young people.
