This session invites papers integrating the issues of Power, Violence and Justice in the sphere of Employment Relations, with a particular focus towards discussing whether the evolution of employment relations is bringing about more social justice and increased worker representation and democratic participation or rather increased conflict and disempowerment for the main actors in the field and what responses and reflections have emerged to deal with the current social, economic and political challenges.
