Session Type: Oral

This session explores comparative theorisations of the different perceptions, applications, and expectations of digital technologies and AI in governance across Asia, notably Korea, and East and South Asia, from European and North American perspectives. Furthermore, the theoretical comparison includes views from Africa and Latin America. The endogenous peoples' engagement with digital and AI brings a full variety of pluralist stances to this Session.
